ReffByte LLC provides marketing, lead generation, referral network, appointment follow-up, and CRM support services for real estate professionals. ReffByte LLC does not broker real estate transactions, provide legal/financial advice, handle escrow, or process real estate transaction funds.

• Client Responsibilities

1.  Clients must provide accurate and complete information to facilitate real estate transactions.

2. Clients must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.

• Real Estate Listings

1.  Property listings are subject to change without notice.

2. The Company makes no guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of listings.

• Buyer and Seller Representation

1.  Clients engaging in buying or selling real estate through Trade agree to our representation terms, which will be outlined in separate agreements.

• Fees and Payment

1.  Fees for services will be detailed in separate agreements.

2. Payment terms and methods will also be specified in those agreements.

• SMS Communication

1. By submitting your phone number through ReffByte LLC website forms, landing pages, appointment booking forms, or service inquiry forms, you may consent to receive SMS messages from ReffByte LLC about real estate lead generation services, ISA-verified lead packages, pricing details, appointment reminders, follow-ups, and support.

2. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.

3. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

• Confidentiality

1. We respect the confidentiality of client information and transactions.

2. We will not disclose personal or transaction-related information without the client’s consent, except as required by law.

• Limitation of Liability

1. The Company is not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from real estate transactions.

• Termination

1. Clients may terminate their engagement with ReffByte LLC in accordance with the terms of their individual agreements.

2. The Company reserves the right to terminate services for non-compliance with these terms and conditions.

• Governing Law

1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of CO.

• Changes to Terms and Conditions
